Dealing with Awkward Family Hugs

I’ve never been a big fan of hugs, and sometimes I feel weird admitting that. I’m totally fine when my husband hugs me… but when anyone else tries, my whole body tenses up. I didn’t grow up with a lot of affection, so physical touch has always felt foreign, almost awkward. People assume hugs are th
